- $42–$50 per hour, based on service experience and technical ability

- Performance and compensation reviews as the company grows
- Diagnose residential and light-commercial plumbing problems
- Repair leaks, burst pipes, failed fixtures, water heaters, supply lines, drains, and other plumbing systems
- Respond calmly and professionally to emergency plumbing calls
- Explain findings and repair options clearly to customers
- Complete repairs efficiently and in accordance with Connecticut plumbing codes
- Identify additional legitimate plumbing concerns without using high-pressure sales tactics
- Document every job with accurate notes, photographs, materials, and recommendations
- Collect required customer authorizations and payments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Protect customers’ homes and businesses throughout the service call
- Communicate with dispatch and management regarding job status
- Participate in a scheduled, compensated after-hours on-call rotation
- Active Connecticut P-2 Plumbing License—required
- Residential service and repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs correctly the first time
- Professional, respectful customer communication
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Dependability, punctuality, and personal accountability
- Ability to use a smartphone and field-service applications
- Willingness to participate in an emergency on-call rotation
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of plumbing work
